Service Recovery is bad. Short term spa but not for a long term. I have taken back my 5 stars review due to lack of service quality.

Have visited many other facial salons in the past but subsequently avoided all due to hard selling and lack of results. However, Yvonne’s skills are amazing and my skin has improved after just two sessions. There is NO hard selling which makes it really more enjoyable and she only recommends what she believes will be beneficial for you. Prices are very reasonable compared to market rate. Would highly recommend you to pay her a visit! ❤️

First of all, I didn't do the facial. I saw the comment and I think is a guy so I ask if able to accept male customer. And this is the respond.(After 6 days) That's why you get 1 star. ----------------------------------------- Additional on 16 Dec 2024 :Such a liar after I saw the reply. I checked the website and only saw this (uploaded the picture). "SPECIAL OFFER" does not mean "not accept MALE customer". This is really SEXISM (in my term). First, I am a feminism supporter, and I like to support your business. But if you're not honest about your business and give a vague and not sincere statement, I sure have a problem for that. (So Morgan is not a male?) Above is my opinion for this home base facial, and also, a guy looking for a facial place in modern days is not easy, so when the reply - "NO" (one word only), this is really OFFENDED.
Yvonne's home studio is very comfy and clean. This is my third facial session with Yvonne and I love how my skin brightens up after every session. I also managed to get very good rest/sleep while she does the face and back massages.
Highly skilled therapist. Facial was great. Did diamond peel facial with oxygen spray. Yvonne also did shoulder massage during mask time. Superb and face look brighter/radiant after facial. Will be back! Also so happy to find a good facial in Tampines area! No hard selling!
